关于Personal essay 如何撰写？有相关essay分析吗？

发现在写essay的时候，关于personal这一点很难下笔，没有一个概念
比如说你希望在B school 获得怎么样personal方面的收获？
不知道大家有没有推荐的essay分析或者范文？

Well you have to think in terms of what SPECIFICALLY you want to do after Bschool, why specifically you want to go, and how the MBA will specifically help you get those goals. I think that is the best way to make this question "personal".

Many thanks, but it seems like professional, cause the reason why MBA is related to my career goal.
I still can't get this point

Sure thing!
For example if you have work in IT. So a good goal would be "After my MBA I would like to move from my programming function to a managerial function and become a Product Manager in a company like Google" "Then in the mid-term I'd love to move up the ladder to become a regional manager in the US" and finally my Long-term goal is to become CMO of Google". THAT is a specific goal!
