同一学校升学，是否要遵守开学前30天入境的规定？

我在同一学校念了undergraduate和graduate，现在拿到了graduate的I20，item 3 ceritificate上是initial attendance at this school. Item 9 Remarks 是 change level from undergraduate to graduate studies. 请问我需要遵守开学前30天入境的规定么？谢谢！

你的新I20还是用的以前的SEVIS NUMBER 就会treat u as continuing student 就没有这个限制
Continuing Students - May renew their visas at any time, as long as they have maintained student status and their SEVIS records are current.
