the questions of Kelley's interview is very common. I don't think you should worry about it.

Kelley is very strong in consumer marketing. There are two marketing academy here. one is for B2B and one is for B2C. both of them is very helpful. There are so many good profs here, the dean, Dan Smith is a famous guy.

Kelley is very strong in marketing. You can name it as a top 10 BS in both marketing and finance. I don't think James Holmen has any reason to unsatisfy with this honor.

Reform? Personally I think the most important is the Academy. Each student must select one and only one academy now.( from fall 2004). It can help students familiar with the business trend here in the US. You can have so many chance to interact with people from different companies.................

I learnt form the website that human resource management is not included in the foundations core. Do you know why?

In addtion, could you pls tell me a bit about Mr James Holmen( his professional background, personality, philosophy of education etc.)

And are you familiar with the Bloomington Brand: Osmocote? How is it going? Do new students have a chance to take ove the business once the students in charge graduate?

Before 2004, only part of students have their own academies. Since Kelley think academy is very valuable for students, so last year, everyone has this chance. The difference, well, I think I cannot give you a whole picture at this moment since I have only one academy. From my experience, I think the big difference is academy focus on practice, it is some presentations, not lectures and you can contact with the people from real business world. Each team of my academy has a good chance to do a project for a company. This year we got many very interesting but challenging projects. You can learn many many things though this process. Not to mention the opportunities to network with these companies.
