关于WHICH的用法，OG和PREP08区别很大，求解

在OG里WHICH是不能指代全面整句的句意，只能指代就近的词--------这点非常明确，OG至少刷了2遍，没有任何疑义是这样的结论。

但是到了PREP08里就颠覆了，PREP08笔记也用了很长的篇幅说明WHICH可以有很多个用法，也没看很明白到底怎么个用法和判断法，求说明。

这是PREP08里的关于WHICH用法的这道题：

如果你觉得its share of the country's $21 billion book market是一句话，谓语动词是什么？
前面有没有形容词修饰不影响which修饰book market这个核心词，即使前面放上10行那么长的定语（杨鹏长难句里有），核心词还是名词。
