昨天在boston college 网站索要paper-based application package, 得到email 竟然是这样的：You should expect to receive the 2004-2005 MSA application in the mail in October. We appreciate your patience. We encourage you to visit our website at www.bc.edu/msa to learn more about the BC MSA.

我要申请05年9月的msa, 他们却说10月才给我寄材料，是否我理解错了。我后来又问是不是我错过deadline(网上说4月15号），他们也没回答我，只是说“""You should expect to
receive the 2004-2005 MSA application in the mail in October" means the
application infomation package that we sent you in the mail. You have to
submit ur applications before the deadline if you are interested in the
program after you read through the package. ”， 我老公说他们可能已经招满人了，是这样吗？他们可够阴险的不直接说明， 另外bc也有网申，我只是嫌麻烦，才要的纸申。

请大家给我分析一下，应该如何理解，是已经满了还是逼我网申？有没有同样申请BC的朋友给我指点一下啊。
