请教：GWD DS一个余数问题

Q:

A certain dealerhsip has a number of cars to be sold by its salespeople.How many cars are to be sold?

(1) if each of the sales people sales 4 of the cars, 23 cars will remain unsold.
(2) if each of the sales people sales 6 of the cars, 5 cars will remain unsold.

答案是C。但是个人觉得应该是E。
（1）T=4A+23 即：27,31,35，39，43，47，51，55，59，63.....
（2）T=6B+5 即：11，17，23，29，35，41，47，53，59，65....
可见（1）（2）综合T并不唯一（如列举47，59）

请教上述思路是否正确？

不像余数题，要求的是一共多少辆车，应该是联立条件12， M-4N=23，M-6N=5，解得N=9，然后求出来的

当两个条件联立的时候，人数是一样多的呀，T=4A+23=6A+5
