Time 2: The article introduces that a good learder needs to have a strong self-learning skill  to guid someone else in the team rather than to be told by boss. (1:45)

Time 3: The article intorduces the third option which is to take ownership and lead an initiative to guide employees to go towards success, but many managers make excuses to avoid this action. (1:46)

Time 4: Paragraphes introduces what is the best  performance appraisal. The most effective way to recognize employee performance is via instant affirmation or some sort of constructive word or action.(2:05)

Time 5: The author intoruduces a study which tests who you want to hire or work with.  (1:36)

Time 6:  The article introduces the performance appraisals and influence of performance appraisals, and explains how we can change the bad  feeling associated with performance reviews.(2:17)

Obstacle:  The artilce introduces some situation and habits of author, and explains how the environment influences his life and work. Also,the artilce introduces the feeling of the author about city and work's noise and how he can
find a peace in his uncle's farm or at work. (3:25)

The BRIC countries were said to be dynamic engines of development. But the creator of the word 'BRIC'said they are disapointing except China.Especially South Africa joined in. He than performed another merging group:MINT.
Other choices are the fragile 5 and KETO from east Africa.Many emerging groups share strong similarities. However, other factors like election or government corruption could alter a country's fortunes.

The place I used to live in was quiet and peaceful. But the environment I am woring in is noisy, which is common for most people.The noise can harm people's health and affect people's performance.
Suggestions on recapturing silence:1, properly design your home and workplace with closed spaces that help people focus. 2,Cut the resource of noise, that is to close the door and do not turn on TV as usual.3, Music, though replace the noise we do not like, could also interupt your mind. So the best way to block noises is to put in earplugs.4,Run away from city and go for silence treatment in farms.

Part One:
Introduce the several acronyms of emerging market in the world.
The article mentioned the bric, and explained what it represents and economy in these country.
Then the article mentioned the mint, and other acronyms.
But some experts thought the acronyms were only the marketing strategy, it commit the fallacy of oversimplification.

Time 2: 1:47
When you are promoted, boss will never tell you the truth.
You either continue to complain the work load and volumn, or stop complaining and do the job well.

Time 3: 1:39
The third option is that be energetic and enthusiastic about the work and bring the performance.
Managers  feedback that they don’t have enough time. But these are only excuses.
First class seats require first class thought.

Time 4: 1:57
What is the good leader?
When correcting a problem, make it straight, prompt, and private, on the other hand, when giving appraise, congratulate the employee publically and loudly.

Time 5: 1:45
The test result shows that happy people tend to be more productive. So the manager should know how to encourage employees to make them happy and make them more productive.

During the company annual review time, the employees keep down. The author suggest that managers should give the employees the good review if the mistakes they made have been corrected promptly and forget it and never bring to the review. In this way, make employees happy and be productive.

The article listed some of the bad effects of the noise to ourselves and give several suggestions to avoid the noise.
1.        Design the work place the home better
2.        Keep the door closed and turn off the TV
3.        Wear the earplugs.
Silence environment is very precious thing nowadays. We should try to find some quiet .

Listening:BRIC is the acronym for the countries that were develping very fast during the last few years.A scholar thinks that south African is an interloper to the BRICS.
However, China is the only coutry whose economic peeformance is not that disappointing.
Now, people are looking for a new acromy.
MINT is what that scholar believes in.
Other options includes the fragile five.
Africa is also a popluar choice.
The problem of those developing country:black swan.e.g.Turkey: corruption, protests.

Speaker:China, India, Russia and Brazil are the four main countries in emerging market. These four different countries share the similarity in emerging market and give western countries a run for money.

Something, which your boss won't tell you because he doesn't want you to take his lead and not your own, will potentially give you a lot of hardship.

There are not so many exuses and most of the exuses are made by the workers who are less passionate and have less exevutive ability.

You should give affirmative compliment if the employee perfoms well in the public and tell thoes who make mistakes to correct in privacy.

You can make a research on the scale of happiness and satisfaction among fell workers or boss. If you find someone'e scale is low, you should take mesaures to change them to become happy,positive and saticfied.

Most of the employees' productivity decreases after annual review time. we should make the annual review focus on the positive so as to encourage the employees and give them affimative attitudes and we should change our tone such as 'L am boss and you are underling.' Remember: happiness increases the productiveness.

The undue noise we hear everyday will cause several diseases and decrease performance in workplace or classroom, We can take following suggestions to avoid nonessential noise.
1. Redesign your home or work place where the household equipments operate and cause background noise.
2.Turn off the TV, radio and other appliances which you will be reflexive to turn them on to fill the silence with noise.
3.Don't be accustomed to listen to the music when you work.
4. Find a silent natural spot to have a noise retreat.
