MBA: USC,

Master: MIT, Cornell, USC, U of Winsconsin Madison.....

For real estate concentration in MBA or real estate master?

I believe columbia, wharton and MIT are the best of real estate concentration in MBA.

You could find a thread on business week forum talking about the best school for real estate.
