第一次做这个训练，还不太适应和熟悉这个方法，不太明白如何提炼和记笔记，同时阅读两不误，不知大家是怎么 ...

越障练习:
一开始练越障的时候我看完就看完了,感觉脑子里头一片混沌.
这样练了几天,觉得这样难以提高,就改变了一下越障练习时候的阅读习惯.
尝试的是杨鹏长难句法+ACTIVE READING+小安第二轮回忆JJ法三者的结合:
1）尽量不回视:严格遵循杨鹏老师的建议.第一遍阅读不回视,不默读.可以放慢速度,但绝对不回视.
2）认真读文章开头两段,每段开头结尾句:按照小安和之前另一个NN的ACTIVE READING方法,读文章的时候开头结尾提高关注度,重视文章框架.
3）读完每段暂停一下回想下本段写的什么, 和全文大意关系是什么(大家都很熟悉的小安法,我在这里就不赘述了)
4）不回视阅读完一遍,马上不看原文写回忆.（小分队成员大多认为有效果）这就是小安法第二遍的方法,个人觉得是最好的检验自己阅读质量的方法.
