China Yield Event on 4/16/2014@8:00pm

北京时间四月十六号晚上8点，我们会有一个yield event specifically for Chinese students who have already got the admission offer.

Here is the agenda:

- WPI campus Visual tour: floating pictures will guide you walk around the campus from Library, Gym to Campus Center.
- Career service: presented by Career Development Center; tips for finding an intership/job for international students.
- Inside the classroom: students and professors will tell how the class look like and how the class discussion goes.
- Introduction of Worcester area: house renting; supermarkets around; Best Asian resturants, etc.
- Q&A


请已经拿到offer的同学查看邮箱，或者和你的中介联系，拿到link后sign in就好了。
Admission office 和 program director到时都会在场，还有商学院的professor 和 往届学生，都会准时在线跟大家分享交流的。有任何问题都可以提出来。

Summary of the yield event for Career Development Center:

1. 1-on-1 appointment: resume writing, cover letter writing, mock interview, linkedIn profile, help search internship, help in job negotiation
2. walk-in open to all students
3. career resources: information sessions, Chinese companies as well
4. events: workshop weekly, leadership skills, internship training, career fair every semester, company information sessions, get connected to company employers; interviews taken place in CDC
