ps,今天的文章很棒,我很久没有看文章了~今天看到你的简述觉得都很有意思,所以看了一两篇~谢谢啦!

speaker: the speaker is from NK. Although her family was not poor, they sent her to China after a famine in 1990th. However, as NKer are considered to be illegal immigrants in China, the girl lived under huge pressure and even nearly been arrested once. So she managed to South Karen, where  she had to learn English. The hardest time in her life was when her family were through into SK jail again while she had no money to get them out. At that moment, a stranger helped her as well as two other NKers. And this is the first time, the speaker contacted with the international community. On the TED stage, she thanks for the help and calls for more help, because based on the help NKers may have the abilities to change the country from inside.

Time 2: It is difficult to get along with all of people. The conflict of senior management level earily result in problem in the organization. Two examples are used to illutrate ths viewpoint.  (2:18)

Time 3: the author provides two recommendations to solve conflicts among senior management teams. (2:36)

Time 4: The paragraph discusses about the ways in which managers in different countries critize their co-workers. (3:03)

Time 5: The article illustrates that members from different cultures  use diverse words and sentences to express their viewpoints. (2:32)

Time 6: The article illustrate one German staff's example-- how can he change,  comment and give suggestions for different people in different culture.(1:54)

Obstacle:  The article intorduces the function of Windows XP ended in April 8, 2014. This affair will result in how much impact for their users. Moveover, the author suggests some measures to solve or lighten the negative effect of this issue.  (10:39)

My Escape From North Korea

A North Korean refugee secrectly and helplessly crossed North Korea, China, South Korea.
When She was trying to get out her family, lots of adversities happened.
But finally, a total stranger cared to ask about her trouble and paid bribe and bail for her family and other North Koreans.
She will try her best to act as the bridge between people outside and inside the North Korea.

That's so moving!

Speaker:
The speaker talks about her experience that how she escaped and helped her family to escape from North Korean.
She was proud that her country is the best country in the world when she was young(I did this also). She found that other people in her country suffered poverty and hunger. Her parents sent her to China. She was worried that one day Chinese police found that she was from NK. She escaped to SK then and helped her family escape from NK to Laos, and then to SK. She has problem to identify herself, NK or SK.

以人道主义的角度。。。咋觉得是通过博取同情来。。正中下怀 全体故障

time2 01:43 The author shows some examples to suggest that senior manages` battle hurt much more than CEO could imagin.
time3 02:32there are two ways to stop such frozen time. 1.point it out directly to the key parties, let them know what`s happening affects the whole company
2.make cross mission to let the key parties work together, broader object help stopping the gridlock.
A CEO or HR must realise such problem and tackle it immediately.
time4 02:22 different culture cultive different management style. Dutch speaks directly in front of everybody, and listener appreciated their frank. American and Chinese like to not to comment negatively in front of everybody, and americans like to wrap positive ones around negative ones.

Time4: talk about different culture in criticize the others
Time5: according the their words, you could tell which culture style they are.
Time6: how to handle a global team when giving advice or criticize the others.

Hyeonseo Lee talked about her own experience about her escape from the north korea. In 1995, with her sister's born, his family could not afford the 5 people in north korea, and then she was sent to china as an illegal immigrant in 1999. After that, she experienced several accusation from the police, but she was so lucky that somebody helped her to avoid the jaw. afterwards, lee's family also immigrated to china, and with the help of other, they lived in china.

the dutch is more straightforward, while the chances won;t criticize a colleague in front of others.

besides, germany also use strong words to convey their complaining and criticizing, not like the british master at the expression.

With the last batch of bug fixes and security patches that Microsoft will issue for Windows XP, users have no choice but to change to windows 7 or others. however, there are still many other users sticking with it and keep their firewalls and anti-virus software up-to-date. however, their systems will be faced with great risks. in order to solve the problem, the micro software  used a compatibility mode to let users run all their legacy softwares. other alternatives such as the system of Linux,Ubuntu, and Zorin, also provide users wither other choices. however, there are still many potential problems.
