收到了UConn的offer，但是是问意向的，有一样的同学吗？

收到UConn的MSFRM的offer，但是是问我要不要去，去读几个月，叫我在4月15前回复。我回了发信人有意向去读19个月的课程，可是过了一周了还没回我。有同样的同学吗？下面是部分原信
We are very pleased to inform you that the FRM Admissions Committee has reviewed your application, and decided to offer you admission into our Masters in Financial Risk Management program in Stamford starting this Fall 2014.  Congratulations!
然后几大段话说自己如何好。。。
最后：We look forward to hearing back from you by 5PM, Tuesday, April 15th confirming your intention to join our program as well as whether you would be interested in the 15 or 19 month course of study.  Congratulations again on your admission into the UConn FRM Program and we look forward to welcoming you into the UConn family in Stamford, Connecticutthis August!  Best wishes to you.
没收到确认总是不踏实啊。

他们家一直都很慢的。我不打算去了。一周都不回  回了也是不对我的答复

小秘应该是在忙 他们到时候会帮你complete你的application， 转至商学院，她们会给你正式offer，再是交费，blablabla

我估计很大可能就选他家了，因为相比之下，也没有更好的了。。。
