你们这不是在歪楼吗。。。

楼主转换平台是指进IB FO或者Consulting吗？这个倒是不用一定要读MBA， 我认识很多读完MBA还是在back office的，关键是要看性格与运气。如果你想走vertical development， 名校MBA有用吧 再加上你的工作经验。。。升职应该不难 但是要换一个公司直接进管理层 感觉在国内不太容易

谢谢MM，总算点题了……我是比较强势的人，或许换个更适合自己的环境重要些。不知MM说的名校MBA指的是M7？S16？

Hey there good sir,
Allright! It seems like your job experience and your profile is a good one. A good job and a good school. You are also the right age for an MBA, and seem to be applying for the right reasons!
The first step before you start thinking about WHERE to apply is to take that GMAT. Because the GMAT will play a very large role in where you can and should apply.
That having been said, the Top finance programs in the US are: Harvard, Wharton, Booth, Stern, Johnson, Tepper, UNC, Haas (more or less all Top 10 programs). So that's a good place to start. But like I wrote, it may be a better idea to first get that GMAT score and see where you can get into.
