条件1, 40% of the audited companies appealed
条件2, 65% of the appealed companies lose the appeal

根据题意可得：audited companies 0.2%*10,000=20,
audited technology companies 20*75%=15
条件一：只能得到audited companies appealed的数量。
条件二：不知audited companies appealed的数量，无法得到the appealed companies lose the appeal的数量因而更不能得知appealed companies won the appeal.
条件一＋条件二：首先可得到audited technology companies appealed的数量15*40%＝6[/color]，audited technology companies won the appeal的数量6*（1-65%）近似2。最终audited by gov, appealed, and won the appeal的数量为6+2=8.
选C。狗主正解。

应是40% * 10000 * 0.2%， 而不能15*40%＝6， 这个相当于 40% of the audited technology companies appealed

所以这个题，楼主赶脚 是不是应该是E？

同样有这个疑惑，但是会不会是狗主回忆错了，因为两个条件都完全不涉及technology companies 的错误好像有点白痴~~~
