【急问】hold your application to the next round???

刚刚收到UV这封信。。。有点无语啊。。。求各路大神看看这是个什么意思。。貌似我的材料提交的比较及时，而且国际生再晚一轮签证就不好说了。。也不说是为什么 就放到下一轮了 第三轮还会有名额么？？
