确实有很多逻辑新题 我逻辑只遇到了两个机经题目

我也在查看其它的同学的帖子和JJ，希望能提供回忆线索，脑子中只能飘过几个词，在努力脑补中，如果看到相似的，会联系你的。

政府监管
gov't regulation & financial crisis
个人感觉这题其实只要知道complexity和tight coupled 的关系就所有题都能做了

P1：financial crisis/failure发生时/发生后，政府总会采取措施(Government tries to regulate the financial markets after the crisis.)
但是这些措施通常没有效果/会使整个市场更乱 (add more complexity, But the financial institutions/markets are very complex, so the regulations might only increase the complexity of the problem.)
但政府也不能什么都不做。
这是为什么呢？

P2：复杂的应对政策会加剧金融系统本身的复杂性。
金融系统的两个特性：（1）complexity；（2）“tightly coupled” to explain why the financial institutes are highly correlated and complex…
(金融市场的各个部门都是有联系的，当一个failure或者error发生各个部门都会受到影响)

P3：金融危机(crisis)已经发生后，政府(regulatory department/institutes)应尽量减少政策干扰，以免加剧危机。(好像没有讲减少政策干扰，就说不要再增加regulation)

P4：但是这不表示we should throw all gov't regulation out of the window.
政府应该在金融危机后，吸取以往crisis的经验(revise regulation)，采取能降低系统风险的政策：
有两个方法能减少金融系统风险1）reduce complexity 2) add slack (好像是这么拼的)。(Q6)
Conclude that government regulations should be imposed before the crisis to reduce the complexity of financial institutes.
最后的结论是政府应该先reduce complexity 再实施regulation。(Q2)


Q1：主旨题
提出个问题，然后解释，并且提出个解决措施。

★Q2：怎么根本解决问题？
在情况刚刚开始时，就要准备去解决。(这个确定）
降低complexity有关。（也有狗主选这个）
从之前的错误中吸取教训。（也有狗主选这个）

★Q3：以下关于tight coupled哪个是正确的？
我选的越tight，约complex.（估计错了）
意思是如果有多个因素so interdependent， 因为两个联系紧密因而在error发生的时候就没有空间去调整。
是个independent的什么所以一旦一步做错会一错到底停不下来。
*注：这个就是最难的那个，看好几个选项都是对的。文章又长，根本找不过来。

★Q4：关于政府监管哪个是正确的？
我看来看去4个都挺对的……

★Q5：面对tightly coupled的financial crisis，政府应该如何？

★Q6：如果政府实施监管但是没有add slack，以后发生危机(normal error好像是这个词)的可能性却减少了，说明啥？
说明financial market的complexity降低了（因为原文好像说如果实施监管有效果的话，要么是因为add slack，要么是reduce complexity了）


其中P4中add slack的slack的意思，P2中tightly coupled（原文说这是一个engineering term）的意思查一下会对做题和理解文章很有帮助。细节题很多，选项很相似，有点tricky。
