Stanford University psychologist Kelly McGonigal is a leader in the growing field of “science-help.”Through books, articles, courses and workshops, McGonigal works to help us understand andimplement the latest scientific findings in psychology, neuroscience and medicine.

Straddling the worlds of research and practice, McGonigal holds positions in both the StanfordGraduate School of Business and the School of Medicine. Her most recent book, The WillpowerInstinct, explores the latest research on motivation, temptation and procrastination, as well as whatit takes to transform habits, persevere at challenges and make a successful change.

Listening :

A health phychologist , Kelly from standford University  brought a new opinion which changed the traditional understanding about pressure. Researching a lot of subjects and Observing from various angels, She concluded  when you change your mind about stress,you changed your body response to stress . what need our attention is  oxytocin, a neru-hormone which was plumped out  when you feel nervous.

Grammer answer:
1.D 看到了  reproduce and serve，又看到了 tending，gathering，building，or battling
2.B 看到了  前defending， 后面有scouting and roosting
3.A  that ...and that ......并列结构，后面是主句，前面是从句，需要罩子，E不是
4.C  Not ....But  并列 时态上都是过去式，D 不好 主句时态一般现在时，从句一般过去时
5.E  either  ...or A和B都不对，完美平行， E
