[求助］LSE first and second reference已提交却没显示收到！

各位亲，刚刚收到lse第四封邮件，但是登上lse for you, first and second reference那里都是空白，然后最后一格是：additional items have been received: professional reference.
我推荐人一个是教授，一个是实习的上司，我在网申提交前后，两位推荐人都已提交online推荐信，为什么半个月后reference那里还是空白；而且听说lse要两个推荐人都是学术的，那么我要怎么联系学校进行更改？各位过来人帮忙一下啊...

lse有processing time lag 你可以跟推荐人确认下 因为他们交了refefence都有收到acknowledgement letter 实在不行就打电话去lse确认下 没事的

我跟你遇到了同样的问题，后来经过一系列搜索才发现LSE是要求两个学术推荐人的，所以实习那个只能算成了miscellaneous
然后下面是解决方法

Option 2: Request references to be submitted by post or email

If you are reinstating from one year  to the next, or if you do not wish to use the online system you can forward either the word template for academic referees or the template for professional referees  and ask your referee to send a hard copy of the reference to our usual address or to Graduate.References@lse.ac.uk from an academic or professional email address. Please use this option if

you want to add additional references,
have sent the wrong type of reference by mistake,
have already used up your two slots on the online reference form,
your referee is having technical problems with the online reference form
you have applied with a  paper application.

我的理解是把他们那个推荐表格和 推荐信让推荐人用他的邮箱发一下就是了。。
现在是过年，真纠结。。。。。。还要找一个老师。。。只怪自己没认真看

PS： 我也有一个推荐人是网申提交前交的，但是显示没受到，估计要打电话或者发邮件让他们找一下，因为网申提交前他们还没有给我们application number吧。。可能没匹配上

谢谢你！acknowledgement letter我老早都有收到，今天lse发来一封说有一封到了，所以我应该等待吧。。

认真看了下，我只有请另一位学术推荐人发邮件到 Graduate.References@lse.ac.uk 了。。。不然也没有其他lse的联系方式了（不想打电话）
