      The long article talked about the life story of Edsel Ford and his great contribution to the Ford Company.
      Edsel regularly had cars built for his personal use.
      Edsel usually kept his car designs out of his father's eyes and never let them go public. Unfortunately, his designs were all sold after
      his death.
      Edsel became the President of Ford at the age of 25 but he was no more than a cruel hoax.
      Edsel's brother-in-low was fired because he tried to persuade old Henry to give up the "T" Model and adopt another car model in order to
      stay competitive.
      The author also gave another example about the discrepence between Edsel and his father. Edsel contracted for the construction of a new office
      building for the Accounting and Sales Department. Old Henry was furious when he knew this and he fired the whole Accounting and Sales Department.
      The author gave some reasons about why Edsel would put up with such a decision.
      Edsel became seriously ill and died at the age of 49. His father refused to attribute his death to the unsanitary milk that he had drunk. Old Henry
      thought it was Edsel's bad habits that led to his final death.
      Thouth died early, the author thought Edsel made great contributions to the development of Ford Industry.

Time 2 2’04’’ automobile manufacturing was a high-tech industry in 1910s and flourished during that decade. Fords assemble lines adopted new tech which dissatisfied the workers, therefore the “five dollars day” wage increase introduced.
Time 3 1’50’’ The tech of electric starter is really a mile stone. During early that century, lots of small companies with their small innovations crowded in the market. This situation inspired the innovations, and the technologies do work well were kept and spread later.
Time 4 4’17’’ 我的老本行，多看了一遍。
Time 5 2’48’’ Daimler也快完蛋了，官僚主义风气国企都望尘莫及，企业运转的速度慢的像蜗牛一样。尼马一个移动智能应用做了2年了，还没做出个东西来。。高管的精力全部在政治斗争上，没人干活。
Time 6 3’04’’ Esdel Ford is not as renowned as his farther, but he did contribute a lot to Ford. He was enthusiastic about cars from his childhood and willed to make the best car in the world.
Obstacle 14’30’’ Esdel has been operating the company under his father’s suppression. He proposed to adopt many new techs which were fiercely resisted by Henry. He has been unhappy and died of cancer perhaps due this unhappiness. He was not such a shining feature as his farther but it is the contributions he ever made that make the company survive. 很感人啊。Daimler现在就是一群快100岁的顽固老头子在掌权，我看跟那个时候的Ford也差不多。
