TPO 21: Do you agree or disagree with the following statement:
For success in the future job, the ability to relate well to people is more important than studying
Hard in school                                                       
Have you ever experienced the difficulty to cooperate with your colleague? Have you ever been puzzled why your fellows are not willing to help you out when in difficulty? Have you ever been isolated by your team? If you have never had such experience, you will never know the importance of interacting well with your colleague. Hence, in my eye, there is no doubt that the ability to network is far more decisive than hard work effort to one’s success. The answer to this opinion involves many aspects.
First of all, having the ability to relate well with people helps you significantly in working. Collaboration with your team or other department is prerequisite to accomplish something or one project. imagine what will happen if your working sytle, your wording or even your tone makes your team feel uncomfortable . For sure, other people will not be proactive and cooperative in your project. Moreover, it is universally acknowledged that the more cooperative your team member is, the more smoothly your project will move forward. Therefore, how hard it will be to achieve your goal within required time. On the other hand, if you could think from the point of other people and consider the feeling and benefits of them, there is no doubt that they will do their utmost to support you. So we cannot emphasize the importance of networking too much.
   Furthermore, knowing how to network will bring you more friends. After steping into the social community, people can not be solitary. We need to overcome all kinds of difficulty, get the up-to-date market trends or information  and improve our comprehensive quality, which are essential to one’s success. Only by making all kinds of good friends can we achieve them. We can learn from our excellent friends to improve ourselves and get help from them when in tricky situation. That is the reason why people nowadays prefer to be a membership of club and take part in the specific forum.
   The last but not the least, good relationship with people will enable us to reduce pressure, keep  healthy and boost effiency. It is commonly thought that our society has dramatically changed by modern science and technology and accordingly the pace of life is quite fast. Therefore, it is conceivable that keeping health and high effiency is vital to one’s daily work. As a matter of fact, if we can relate well with people, we will be under a comfortable working environment and atmosphere ,which do good to our health. so we may complete our work in advance and even take more responsibility due to out high effiency. As a result, Why donot we get promotion in the
   Admittedly, hard work effort will fill brains up with a variety of knowledge and help students get high scores. However, it canot means everything and you may not use the knowledge in the future. On the contrary, the ability to relate well to people will help you whenever and wherever as long as you step into the society. So in my opinion, relate well to people is more important in fulfilling yourself in the future.
