请问：题中W的回答意思是“这只是你的想法..”  还是 “你可以这么想...”

            若是前者 就该选B，若为后者的话，就该选C 啦...

            同时，“W: Well, you would think so.” 算不算虚拟语气呢？

i think that it should be

另外从答句的语气也可以判断出来她说的是反语
