Traveler:  Southern Airways has a far worse safety record than Air Dacentaria over the past few years, in terms of both the frequency of accidents and the severity of accidents.  Therefore, although Air Dacentaria is slightly more expensive, I will choose it over Southern Airways for my flight from Pederton to Dacenta, since it is worth paying extra to have a safer flight.

	Although the frequency of accidents is greater on Southern Airways, on both airlines the proportion of flights that have accidents is very small.

这道题我错选了E,因为问的是驳斥，我觉得E说的是虽然事故率S高于AD，但两家事故率其实都是非常低的，往下一步可以说more expensive 是不值得的，是驳斥。
但答案是B，是说出了P to D，S的路线都是世界上最危险的。确实提了flight 和P to D，但驳斥感觉没有E更加强烈。请大家帮忙分析一二，并给与指导，如何排除E。谢谢~~~

It is not worth buying a higher price ticket for a small proportion of safety.
This is your assumption but not the author's.

According to the original stimulus, the only thing we know is the author is willing to spent more money for a more safer travel, not matter how much is the margin of the safety. And this will is also the  arguer's line of reasoning.  Thus, E is wrong for it doesn't go against this line of reasoning.

Thinking of the author as a TuHao not caring about money bu his life will help you a lot.

B is the right choice. It tells us more money might cannot buy more safety.

这道题后来我想了想，觉得是这样的，确实E只是说了两者发生概率很小，是比例问题，而不是frequency的问题，与pay for safer 是无关的。但是B确实是正确的，文中说南航更危险，B选项提出机场更危险，指出了导致危险的原因，所以对原文是weaken。

Yes,

E can be the right choice if it changed some words. ie, although the frequency is higher, the proportion is lower.

The frequency and proportion conflicts is indeed a Logic err in the original stimulus. However, E does not express this err directly. It leaves it intact.

Yes,

B points out the reason why it is more dangerous.
More importantly, it points out the reason, making SA's flights more dangerous as a whole, will possibly not have the same effect on a specific flights.
