昨晚十一点面试的 lz悲催得特别困。。。
问的问题跟往年差不多啦不过要求说了好多例子
远远超出准备范围
introduce yourself
why mms
why do u want to open your own company
describe you team work. give an example
describe when a team member does not cooperate
describe your leadership. give an eaxmple
describe when others give you constructive suggestion
what feedbacks do you get from work
和之前说好的一样问了三十分钟我建议大家在擅长的问题上千万多说一点不然不知道后面会抛出啥问题来。。
