PhD graduate assistant position in informatics

Two PhD graduate assistant positions are available in cancer translational
informatics, University of Hawaii Cancer Center. The projects will involve
next generation sequencing data analysis and data integration, in the
context of human cancers. The projects are highly translational and
collaborative, with the potential for high quality publications and
biomarker discoveries to be used for cancer diagnostics and prognosis.

The qualified PhD candidate is expected to have good GPA (3.0 minimum), with
sufficient quantitative science background and BS or MS degrees in
statistics/biostatistics/bioinformatics/computational biology/bioengineering
/computer science/physics.
