Do you agree or disagree? It is the best way to improve education quality by increasing teachers’ salaries.
先让步承认是个好方法，但不是最好的方法，还有其他因素需要考虑：1.家长与学校间的交流；2.奖学金制度；3.学生评教系统的建立

It has to be admitted that increasing teachers’ salaries do have effect on improve education quality. For one thing, teachers will devote themselves to academic research which result from their increasing salaries. For another, more people will prefer to take teachers’ job as their career. From my perspective, however, it cannot be the best way to improve the quality of education. The factors which influence this quality are diversity such as the communication between teachers and parents, the scholarship system and the evaluation on teachers’ performance.

First of all, the communication between teachers and parents plays a crucial role in education. Parents will know how their children performed in the school if they keep in touch with teachers. If their children have a bad performance like absenteeism, parents could criticize them after the class. With the repeated education, students will recognize the mistakes and correct them immediately. Meanwhile, information about students provided by their parents gives teachers more detail to fully understand students. Teachers can easily impart knowledge in accordance of student’s aptitude. Hence, the communication between teachers and parents apparently advances the education quality.

Secondly, scholarship system is a considerable factor to render the education quality advanced. Students will be stimulated by a strong scholarship system. As we all know, a strong motivation to study is advantageous to improve education quality. Take my classmate David for example. Though he had a talent for mathematic, he was the naughtiest student in my high school, because he often made faces or sang songs in the class. When he graduated, however, he gained the highest grade in the college entrance examination. This amazing change is attributed to a mathematic competition in which David won the gold medal. As a result, He received a stipend as the reward and he was motivated in studying. There is no doubt that a complete scholarship system do improve the education quality.

Finally, the course evaluation which means to produce useful feedback to evaluate the teachers should be established on the internet in order to improve the quality of instruction. This evaluation is conducive because teachers can review how students interpret their teaching method, therefore improving their own instruction. Also, if students are able to rate their teachers on line, the information can also be used by other students who do not take the same course. As for these students, they will know more detail and help to choose courses which is the most suitable for them. Hence, the school should consider to open the course evaluation of every teacher’s course on the internet.

In summary, given that many factors are considerable to influence the education, I therefore reinforce my standpoint that increasing teachers’ salaries is not enough to improve the education quality.
