It's a good list, although I'd advice you really focus on schools in the northeast. (NYU, Wharton) I've worked in the US for 6 years and when you go to bschool it's important to be near the center of business ---> NYC, Northeast, West Coast.
I'm near Philly so you can contact me when you are here and we can chat. Your background should get you into the door of Wharton/NYU/Columbia.
I don't think any school will evaluate you based on if you visited the campus or not, in fact, they specifically said school visit does not count in the evaluation process, no brownie points. But it's good to give you some talking points in the essay and really have a good feel of the school location and students. You don't have to be worried about anything, just realx and try to get a feel of the school, the class and the students.
