阿什里奇商学院的校园曾为英国皇家庄园，坐落在英国伦敦西北部的森林园地中，是英国国家级的历史文化遗产及名胜古迹，距离伦敦30分钟火车路程。这里曾是亨利八世赐给女儿伊丽莎白一世的府邸，影片“年轻的维多利亚女王”取景于此。1928年这座贵族府邸被赠与英国保守党作培训机构，至今发展成为英国排名第一的高端管理定制培训商学院。

Ashridge Business School offers open and tailored executive education programmes, MBA, MSc and Diploma qualifications, organisation consulting, applied research and online learning.

Ashridge is one of a handful of schools worldwide to achieve triple accreditation from AMBA, EQUIS and AACSB; the UK, European and American accreditation bodies for quality MBA programmes.

Programmes Offered

The Ashridge MBA is offered through two different pathways – a Two-year Executive MBA and a One-year Full time MBA. Both programmes are designed for experienced professionals and participants typically demonstrate an average of 10 years’ experience. Both cohorts are diverse in nature, with participants from a range of cultural backgrounds and industry sectors. Participants benefit from the same highly international faculty, a teaching and learning philosophy which believes in blending theory and practice and emphasises an interactive classroom experience. Participants from both programmes share some modules to ensure a diverse and international environment.

Focus on application

Learning at Ashridge is anchored in reality. You work with faculty with real world savvy, and attend masterclasses with experts and company speakers. You tackle real world “live cases” in which you work in groups to analyse a situation, diagnose a problem, and make recommendations to the senior management of an organisation – both in the UK and in the ‘international business experience’.

Individual attention

Studying in small groups ensures you benefit from individual attention and an interactive learning style. Classroom sessions are highly participative, favouring an exchange of ideas and information to enrich peer group learning. Ashridge MBA participants have significant business experience, which creates one of the most experienced Full time MBA cohorts in the business school world.

Innovative curriculum

The world of business is not a tidy arrangement of subjects. The reality is that issues cut across the business and across functions. The Ashridge MBA is not delivered in functional silos - the syllabus takes an integrated and thematic view of business.

To study for the Ashridge MBA, you will need a degree plus three years’ work experience as a minimum, or with no degree a minimum of five years’ work experience. Our students have an average of 10-12 year’s work experience which means that, as an executive business school offering solely postgraduate study you are guaranteed to learn and study in an extremely professional environment.

Ashridge scholarships and bursaries for MBA candidates

Ashridge Business School recognises that funding your degree is not always straightforward, especially if company sponsorship is not available. As well as a range of Ashridge scholarships, Ashridge also offers a limited number of Santander Universities scholarships. As a recipient of a scholarship you will be expected to become an Ashridge ambassador and fulfil various commitments related to supporting the marketing of the MBA programmes and recruitment of future students.

1. Ashridge scholarships

Ashridge offers a number of scholarships of up to 25% of the programme fee to self-financed participants on the 1 year Full Time and 2 year Executive MBA programmes.

Scholarships are awarded in 9 categories. You should be able to align your achievements to date and/or your ambitions for doing an MBA with at least one of these categories in order to apply:

2. The Santander Universities scholarships

Ashridge is proud of its partnership with Santander Universities and is grateful for the scholarships that Santander makes available to Ashridge students each year.

Santander scholarship awards are available to candidates based in the countries covered by the Santander Universities scheme (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, Venezuela, Spain, Portugal, USA, UK, Russia, China and Singapore).

How do I apply for any of these scholarships?

If your application is successful and Ashridge has offered you a place on its MBA or EMBA programmes, as an Ashridge or Santander Universities scholarship applicant you will then be asked to complete an essay to demonstrate your eligibility for the award. Essays are judged on a competitive basis and awarded to candidates who demonstrate the greatest potential or would benefit most from doing an MBA.
