求助 申请雪城的msf要做wes吗

这个是网站上的 不过没看懂到底要不要啊  从contact us里面问了以后 自动回复说他不在24号才能回复我啊 TAT
Equivalency of U.S. Bachelor's Degree
Applicants who studied at colleges and universities outside the U.S. should have a degree or diploma that is the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor's degree or higher. International credentials are assessed in terms of the educational pattern of the country, the type of institution attended, and the level of study completed before the expected date of enrollment at Whitman. In general, the degree should represent a minimum of four years of college-level study which follows at least 12 years of schooling at the elementary and secondary level.
You may also submit a WES credential evaluation report (www.wes.org) to verify that your degree is equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree.

各位！小秘回复我的邮件啦！原话是这么说的：
Hello,

You will need to provide a Transcript that states the degree you received and the date you received it – translated in English.  Most international transcripts do not state this information so you will also need to provide a certificate/diploma (translated in English) that states this information.  If you do not have this available, then WES can help you with this information.

Your file cannot be reviewed until a proper transcript has been received.

是不是就是说，我提供在读证明就可以了？我们学校的在读证明上有学位和毕业时间的说明，中英文都有，那就不用WES认证了对吧？
