top的学历真心不起太多重要因素。美国人很实际，主要看工作经验相关性和是否了解应聘行业在美国的市场与发展

That is not totally the truth. I saw plenty of cases that good firms are not able to secure working visa for international talents. Sometimes it is because the firm is relatively small and has no experiences of dealing with working visa before. Most of the time it is because there is 65k working visa quota each year and tons of Chinese and Indians are fighting for the limited seats. Back in 2008-2009, financial firms that took bail-out money from government were not even allowed to hire H1b workers.

很多公司觉得烦，而且还要花钱，所以不太想给外国人办签证，干脆都招美国人或绿卡持有人得了。但是越是要求高的公司，越需要不限国籍招人才，否则光招美国人无法满足他们的需要。

I've seen Master in Humanities getting into MBB...
MBA from target school can definitely offer you a ticket. But it's your aura, determination, and academic performance that matter. good luck.

还是很难吧，有时候觉得还不如master在美国好找，master可以接受低工资的junior level， MBA的话你乐意公司也不乐意。身份真的是大问题，特别是你同班同学很多都不需要sponsor，基本上第一轮刷下来的就是国际生了。

仅从面试通过的机会来说，先面国内办公室是肯定容易拿到offer的。
工作两年可以申请转回美国。
钱可以不用太考虑，因为都是global pay。
