托福寄分问题，急问

今天刚刚出成绩，因为报名10月16日就要截止了。我今天就增送成绩单来得及吗 ？
另：申请学校的网站上有一句话：
If available, please upload a scanned copy of your unofficial test scores. This document will allow the Admissions Office to more easily match your unofficial test scores to your official test scores, once received directly from the test administrator.
请问前辈们：托福unofficial test scores 是在哪里获得？ 我今天查到成绩，是等ETS寄给我的那个吗，需要多久？ 多谢指导
