The interviewee responded that leadership is becoming a critical issue in organizations and in emerging markets. Leadership is no longer about authority, it is more about how to develop a web relationship with the team. The interviewee proposed the concept of "leading from behind", which is to create context of leadership to the team and provide constant coach and development. What's is more, innovation is also a growing interest in leadership.
