drift_er，作文是我最怵的。你的文章最好还是贴到AWA区去，不过速度方面，我可以跟你分享我的经验。有三点，首先是写好模版以后背熟并且在电脑上多打几次，一直到输入的速度非常快了为止。其次是把题库的题目所有的提纲都看一下（CD上有的），这样题目有点概念，遇到难题也不会怕，看的多了还会看出套路来。最后就是把题目分类自己稍微总结一下，一般来说同类的题目都有套路可以遵循，很容易写。

掌握几个基本句式。AA背好七宗罪就可以了。

但是逻辑丢了太久了，错的很厉害！于是看lawyer的那篇总结，但我看不懂，真的是很认真的看了，还是不大懂！OG的错题上网看大家的解释，有一些题，看了中文也想不懂，比如OG 171，怎么办好呢？

XY13其实是综合了GWD和天山的，我看也差不多了。当然这是个人意见。我个人不喜欢做有重复的GWD，测不出我的真实水平。但是也有人说GWD编成那个样子是最贴近考试的，改了不好。你自己选择吧。

错题除了要看自己错在哪里，还要看错误地方相关的知识点。从理论上说，你错，是因为你没有掌握，你没有掌握，这个语法点对你来说就是新的，怎么会没有动力呢？我当时可是看的津津有味，钻研的欲罢不能的。

lawyer写的是有一点抽象。有问题你贴到逻辑区讨论，实在不行贴到这里吧。

答案是e没有问题，因为觉得whose不可以指代城市才错选

想请问b哪里不对？有人说是因为把Chicago和后面that指代的industrial growth 相比较了，所以错，请问是这样吗？我觉得没有错啊

that of的比较有特殊性，是比较所有格的核心词，比如OG的一题，his 勇气 ... more than that of ...人，所以看到that of，必须看到如his/A'B/A of B/Whose等词，大多数情况下是要求that of和核心词之间形式平行的。但也有只要求逻辑平行而忽略形式平行的（很特殊，不考虑）

B，which had industrial growth in the nineteenth century more rapid than that of other American cities   

which指代Chicago，故that of没有比较对象，因为逻辑比较上应该chicageo - other american cities,growth - that of，所以B不仅在逻辑有问题，比较形式对等上也有问题，E用whose可以很好的解决这个问题，变成

whose growth(growth of chicago) ... more..than that of ... cities

漂亮的比较形式对等、逻辑对等

说的有问题的话，请大家指正

正确答案C，但是我有两个疑问

（1）       A选项不选是因为a sacred truce 不应该是during the festival’s month，而应该是before吗？要在考场上想到这一层时间顺序也忒难为我们了吧；

（2）       C选项中没有把原文的因果关系 in that 体现出来，应该也算一个effective的错误吧，而且they也有点指代不清的嫌疑（不过从proclaim这个动词还是可以知道指代states）但是觉得这题正确选项还不如A选项好；

正确答案是C，不过我觉得C选项中would have found还不如would find好，当然D选项中could是一个明显的错误。这个题目在sc版区有讨论，但是看了之后还是不太清楚。我的理分析如下：

（1）       would find是对现在或者将来的虚拟，文中讲“这些appliance让他们的祖父辈现在来看或者活到现在来看，都会认为是一个奇迹”

（2）       would have found是对过去事实的虚拟，也就说“这些appliance在祖父辈时代看来是一个奇迹”，我觉得不应该用虚拟，好像更应该用过去时。

虚拟语气我从中学开始就没有搞清楚过，^_^

这些问题本来应该贴在sc版区的，不过还是mm这里解答的效率高、质量有保证，所以～～所以～～烦劳携隐MM了。

NEW_LAND说的有道理，GMAT是要求比较平行的，尽量要保持形式上的一致。不过这个题目我对B的分析是通过句子结构来的：你首先要弄清楚这个more rapid在这里作什么成份。首先这里没有be动词，而rapid是一个形容词，所以这里只可能是形容词后缀修饰前面的名词，什么名词呢，就是growth。也就是growth more rapid than...。既然有一个形容词后缀修饰来对这个growth作限定，那么growth之前就要加冠词才合理啊，have a growth more rapid than...才比较对吧。

B还有一个比较明显的错误：少了any。跟除自身以外的其他对象比较一定要加any。

本题重点：

1.主动/被动。主动能表示动作的发出者，而被动不能，不晓得这个动作是谁发出的，表达不够清晰；

2.表达“因为”：一般表达因为都是用because，很少用到for，用到in that基本只有一种情况就是两者之间存在比较（请搜一下语法区关于in that用法的总结）。when可以表达句子想表达的意思，没有错。

急问携隐MM，在做费费逻辑的时候，碰到不少assumption题的选项中有加强的选项，如何快速区分它和正确答案啊？
