我选的B。 答案给的D，答案是不是错了呀

我觉得这是个文字游戏...
我理解的意思是， the sum of an employee’s age, in years, 指的不是这个员工被雇佣时候的年龄，而是他领退休补贴时候的年龄，所以这个时候的年龄已经是x+y了，然后根据题目要求还要再加上他工作的年数，所以再加上y，就得出答案D了
不知道分析的对不对...

哦！豁然开朗哦，看漏了 age 和 age when hired 的区别
