你的情况是要做transfer。因为transfer是涉及到两边学校的，所以Yes，你需要跟Pace说明一下，问清楚从语言学校转过Pace，具体的步骤和需要的文件是什么。也要和语言学校沟通好。学校遇到过从语言转过来的学生也不少，应该很快就能给你指导，不必担心~

我碰到过一些从语言学校转入pace的学生。我了解的情况是这样的，你可以参考一下：
因为语言学校要把你的I20转出，所以需要录取你的学校（就是咱们Pace ）给出确认，一般语言学校会问你要两个文件 1)是在Pace拿一个transfer form；2)是Pace证明录取你的acceptance letter。有了这两个文件语言学校才会把你的i20转出去Pace。

alice，我想问2个问题：1.看到一个帖子说pace的msf实习和就业不给力，来的公司也是中小型的，真是这样吗？MSF就业情况究竟如何呢？ 2.MSF中国学生多吗？大概比例多少呢？谢谢啦~~

Hi Anna,

Sorry for the delay response due to my midterms. And I can’t use Chinese input today so allow me to just reply in English.

To answer your questions, there are not only medium- and small-size companies recruit Finance major at Pace. Big investment banks like Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley post their recruitment information in Pace Career service regularly. Famous companies in other industry like IBM, Colgate-Palmolive, also recruit MSF students. So there are plenty of opportunities.

In terms of employment after graduation. I asked my friend who is a FM major, and he said most of the international students he knows land their jobs in medium and small size companies. The reason is, big companies like Goldman Sachs are far harder to get in because of competition from Ivy League graduates.

Regarding how many Chinese students major in FM, there approximately 50%. Here I would want to tell you that if you choose New York, be prepared to see a lot of Chinese. It is not only Pace that has a big body of Chinese students but also other universities, especially business schools and popular majors like accounting, finance. You will also see many Chinese when get out of school, because we have a really big community in NYC. One of the biggest complaint I heard from fellow students is that they want to make friends other than Chinese but there are too many Chinese in New York. Personally I don’t think it is true, there are so many American and foreign people out there, if you want to make your experience more worthwhile in US, you need to take initiative to hang out with them.

“Pace 的 MSF 金融管理专业和 Accounting 都是很不错的专业，MSF 有很多老师是有其他工作在 Pace 兼职的老师，好处是老师可以把很多当下正在发生的实事带到课堂，让你从理论到实践了解Finance。实习的话，Pace的career service是做的很好的，在US News上我们的实习项目是公认的全美前五。大公司例如BNY Mellon，Citigroup， Morgan Stanley等等都会来招实习生，当然也会有中型小型公司来。学校给我们提供平台，不表示就已定能进大公司实习哦，大公司要求高竞争也大，还是需要靠自己努力  


就业的的话，和数据分析打交道的，例如Financial Analyst，国际生优势比较大。毕业后可以申请投行比如说Morgan Stanley， 还有其他行业的公司，比如 IBM，Colgate-Palmolive，也有一些小公司。 老实说说，经济危机以后，找到Finance 相关的工作或者其他工作，都不是很乐观，就更不要说国际学生了。但是每年毕业还是有一些优秀的学生拿到offer。

个人经验是，来到纽约学习，想找到实习或全职的机会，就要不断加强technical skill和soft skill。networking很重要。学校会给大家提供networking的机会，邀请大公司的professional或在职校友回来讲座，积极参加这些活动会得到很多tips。”

你好，请问MS Human Resources Management 是要修30学分就OK了吗？一个学分是1000左右吗？读完大约是要读多久的呀？
如果是要读pre-master的话，期间可以修学术学分吗？还是第一学期不可以，第二学期可以？谢谢楼主！

Hi Chicaco,

MS HRM 是修30个学分 http://appsrv.pace.edu/lubin/curriculum/MShumanresourceHRMcourses.html。2013-2014的学费现在是1075一个学分 http://www.pace.edu/admission-aid/graduate-admission/graduates/tuition-and-fees，链接里看Lubin School of Business的那栏。

修学分是这样，首先这边一年有三个学期春、夏、秋，春季和秋季国际生至少上9个学分的课，最多上15个学分的课。夏季的话最多上6个学分或者不上课。所以如果30个学分的课最快一年之内就可以修完了。

读pre-master期间是可以修学术学分的，但得看成绩而定。如果申请时托福分数没有100的话，入学的时候要参加placement test，根据考试结果看需要读多少门pre-master的课。比如说有的同学placement test成绩不错，只需要念一门pre-master，那就和学术课一起上。

实在是抱歉！之前问题太多，把你的问题漏掉了！

对的，雅思7.5和托福100一下对需要参加语言考试，按考试结果来定要上多少门或多少学期语言。录取以后可以再考托福，如果再考超托福有100+就可以直接上研究生课程了。
