我不明白如果这里只是单纯的讨论ARICULUTRAL 的问题, 为什么题目一开始要提出THE GOVERNMENT 的方面?

而且答案里面说这个ARGUMENT讨论说X和Y被气候影响,但是我觉得一开始说的X是因为 An overly centralized economy,而不是CLIMATIC

我不明白如果这里只是单纯的讨论ARICULUTRAL 的问题, 为什么题目一开始要提出THE GOVERNMENT 的方面?

一开始的一句话是结论，就是这个argument 的conclusion

而且答案里面说这个ARGUMENT讨论说X和Y被气候影响,但是我觉得一开始说的X是因为 An overly centralized economy,而不是CLIMATIC

”An overly centralized economy, not the changes in the climate, is responsible for the poor agricultural production in Country X “ 是 argument 的 conclusion。接着说原因为什么climate 不是原因，从而 arguer 证明自己的conclusion正确。

所以选D，他因，因为 crops 种的不一样。

偶还是不怎么明白，这种WEKEN题目，怎么选是他因的答案呢？这个思路，怎么联系到题目？为什么说是C这个原因，CROP的不同，可以反驳题目？想不明白

不是这种WEKEN题目选他因的答案，而是这个题目用他因可以WEAKEN。WEAKEN有很多方法，他因只是其中之一，其他方法需要自己结合题目总结。我现在就在做这事。
