Hi my friend. Jon Frank here, happy to help. First of all, let me say congratulations on these three awesome offers! They are all great programs, but they have different advantages. Your ultimate decision should depend on your career plan and future goals after graduation. The Boston College program is very job oriented and most similar to an MBA. They also have a good location and excellent reputation on the east coast. Rochester also has a good reputation, but it’s more focused on the academic side of things. This means you’ll be more likely to do research and analysis after graduation. JHU is young in the field, but if you plan to go back to China, it’s a great choice because of its big name. To summarize: Boston College is best if you want to stay in the US for work, Rochester is best if you want to focus on academics/research, and JHU is best if you want to return to China for your job. Hope this helps!
