关于 逗号 和THAT的用法

在看语法，看到  修饰限制性名词和非限制名词  突然想到一个问题：That前不加逗号 修饰限制性名词
存不存在某些句子，that前面是可以加逗号的情况，也就是说 逗号+That的用法有的时候也是对的？什么情况下是对的啊？？？
