我的问题：
1、什么叫做 its internal representation。
2、the recognition process correspondingly more parallel中more parallel是指啥。我的理解是指当object becomes familiar的时候对于它的认知过程也更加holistic了呢？？不知道对不？？
3、为什么书中能看出来the serial hypothesis是指那个认知过程的一系列的假说呢？？我怎么看不出，所以我在看文章的时候经常不知道下面和上面到底有什么关系？？

这几个问题都要看原文通过上下文才能理解得到。单蹦一个句子，神也不行呀。。。

建议：如果觉得时间还够，可以根据难句找回gre阅读原文。很多所谓的难句子在做了原文以后会发现不过如此，难从何来？单单看着句子想，恐无明白之日。后面几个文学评论类句子更是如此耶。。。。
