Thanks again Jon,  for your advice and encouragement. I truly hope I could get in one of those universities and I will definitely try my best to get there！

I wish I was the team lead now, but you know in big company there is always so limited chance. Well I do have great chance to get promoted and relocate to US in next two years but I just want to get in to business school so much. I feel I cant grow as fast as I want. I simply want to push myself to a limit to see how far I can go. I want to move to California because I love the place a lot, etc. There are too many reasons for me to get in an MBA program. I will start writing essay in a couple of weeks and I will bother you for tons of feedback. Hope you are ok ^_^.
