CEC-只要在加拿大工作满1年就可以移民。CEC是联邦的。

应该不需要code的，你直接选schulich school of business就行了

您好！我想申请shulich 2014的MAcc,项目是五月开始，但是我七月才能拿到毕业证，但是我五月份的时候应该已经完成了毕业所需的全部课程，本校这边说不会不放我走，请问在shulich那边我有资格申请MAcc吗？

With regards to your inquiry about whether or not you can still apply for the MAcc program even though you will get your degree certificate in July, the answer is yes, you can still apply. This is provided that you have completed all of your course work and that we are able to obtain grades for your courses before you start the program.

One thing I would like to add is that certain countries require that you present your degree certificate when applying for a study permit in Canada, so you may have to find out more information regarding this aspect.

很难给你明确的答复，建议你早点申请,gpa, g，t都很重要。
