但是,这句话的主语是是由along with 引导的the deer, 主语不是the coyote. （因为主语是the coyote，那么这就是一个run-on句型，  即   The coyote is........  ,  it has established.)

前句The coyote做主语，后句it也做主语。指代无歧义；
就算去掉along with所引导的的句子，这个句子也不是run on；因为中间的标点符号是colon，如果是comma，那就是run on；
以下是wikipedia关于run on的解释，FYI。
A run-on is a sentence in which two or more independent clauses (i.e., complete sentences) are joined without appropriate punctuation or conjunction.

这个题的it不属于指代模糊的（你判断指代模糊有个好方法，就是看他们在句子中的成分）
因为逗号后的It其实做的是主语，而coyote也是主语~（至于along with 后面的那些名词，都可看做是浮云，如果是and就要另当别论了~）

可是划线部分前面，不是有一个逗号吗？即“The coyote is one of ....   , it has established itself.”   因为中间并没有连词连接。直接以一个逗号连接，所以这就是一个run-on呀？？？ 不懂？请赐教~~

谢谢了。可是我感觉这话子还是有问题呀。 请看这个句子的简写。。“The coyote is one of ....   , it has established itself. ”  因为中间没有连词，所以就是个run-on句型呀？？

你看错标点了啊，那不是个逗号是分号啊，分号的能力大于逗号，小于句号，所以分号可以分开句子而不run on。
知道了这一点it指代的问题就迎刃而解了

你木有看仔细Bej的回答


但是如果你指的是分号后边的逗号的话，那个没有用因为它己经被分开了。
