JHU MSF spring2014國際生可申嗎？

看到有些CDer有申上JHU MSF spring2013. 但我寄信問Carey Business School, 他給我這樣的答覆：

Hello and thank you for your interest in our school. As an international
student, you would only be eligible for the full time program which only
begins in the Fall term. For more details regarding this program, please

這樣子國際生到底能不能申2014春季班啊？
