1. 1'50'' government helps biz by pursuing long-term envision and aiding programs and researches that individuals are not willing or unable to sponsor.
2. 1'53'' perfect rationality model does not respect Adam's assumption- all goes in nature. A new research fits better the idea of invisible hand and goes deeper the actual coordinating mechanism: it runs under a simulation of personal interaction and trading, indicating demands-orientated market and the power of currency.
3. 1'42'' redistributionists agree that tax and governement work much and wll do more good to equality. The rich earn more money but pay less tax, suggesting a growing power and desire to hold wealth and resulting in zero-sum of social wealth.
4. 1'54'' F gives too much creit to pretax policies because he discounts that tax code rooted deep in political hierarchies and the rich would fight to protect their powers and wealth. Both fatalists and redistibutionists neglect the role of governement played in structuring the economies since it almost 1/3 of GDP.
5. 1'28''  F's book is not clear and comprehensive enough to embrace the idea of conservatives. Anyway, it's still a right start point of dabate about inequality and how it should be resolved.
6. 5'18'' China gets more freedom and then will be richer. Two elements here: middle-class trends and changing economies. IP laws are still not matured enough. Hukou reform improves eaulity and social stability, as well as enhancing workforce size and quality. Government's land trading with people should get more freedom and transparency.

1-1:20
Public previously thought it is innovation created lots of electronic products, but an economist defend that none will exist without founding vision and directed action of government.
2:21
Several examples to demonstrate how government help companies to develop new products. In conclude, the important thing for government is to do those things which at present are not done at all.
the rest
Government is most effective when it is confident and government is willing and able to take risks that business won't do.
2-2:38
Raising problems about how did invisible hands emerge and how did they break down.
Process to investigate those problems.
Invisible hands emerges in a natural way from interactions of ordinary people.
3-2:17
Fatalists have understated the functions of government taxes and how good they can can do.
During the past several years the tax for rich people has declined about half which make the rich richer.
In order to avoid high tax, many business men soke political power in the state and they successfully increased their bargaining power.
4-2:13
F concludes that high taxes can do more for inequity by redistribution and discouraging rich people become richer.
However F gave too much credit on taxes:
1,The tax did not declined much over the past years although wealthy people want to keep them down.
2,The government itself changes the economy.Because the government has spent less than one third of GDP on economy.
5-2:18
B's argument not only as advice for progressives but also appeal to conservatives.
B agree with fatalists that economy exacerbated inequality and changes in taxes will not remedy it.
Obstacle 6:38
In contrast to the old saying: the middle kingdom must get rich before it becomes free, the twist becomes :if China is to become richer, it needs to become freer.
The reasons account for the change: 1,china is already a middle-classed nation and many people have become quite wealthy in China. 2,China 's economy is changing.
Introductions about hukou system and a call for reform on hukou system.

今天谨记神猴教导,不要太在意时间,读得都比较懂,自己觉得总结的不错
3'37''
There are many potential companies developing today. They boom not only becasue they are creative and are very competitive, but also the government helped them and encouraged them at the very beginning . So the article argued that the success of those companies, such as Google and Apple, Inc., are the result of the government.
3'38''
We never know exactly how the invisible hand works. Should we let the market be or should our government intervene? Old experience shows that the market forms itself. Further, the economists developed the computer system that simulate the economic behavior of ordinary people--household and firms. Found out that all the economic behaviors and tools are developed naturally.
2'31''
The inequality in income has become more serious over years. There were two main thought on this inequality, but now the third has come out. Basically based on the taxes imposed on the rich. Since the taxes imposed on the rich actually decreased, the gap between the poor and the rich become greater.
pradox:越有钱税越高-->更少人愿意去挣更多钱;减少有钱人的赋税-->更多有钱人要挣更多钱,但是他们的力量就更大了,贫富差距也就更大了

中国的户籍制度
China is developing rapidlly. Many private are developing internationally, with foreigne companies. However, 户籍制度impede the development of China's economics and even created the inequality of the society. So the Party is considering improve this system. But the cost of this process is huge, and will take long time. However, the author predict the result of this system improvement will be very impressing.

If China is to become richer, it needs to become freer. The reform of the “hukou” system shines a spotlight on China’s overall property rights system. But it's still long way to go and many challenges to face for the Chinese government.

2:00 The importance of gov in innovation (e.g. of the internet, google, and apple).
2:07 The situation that firms go for perfect rationality, which doesn't seem to apply to invisible hand. The coordination machenism of invisible hand that might remedy perfect rationality.
2:18 Fatalists believe that gov doesn't play a big role in inequality, while redistributionists believe that the declining tax rate contributes significantly to inequality. It makes rich ppl more likely to pursue further.
1:55 If the redistribution view is correct, then inequality can be reduced by raising tax rate. But both fatalists and redistributionists' views place little credit on gov, which actually could change the eco.
1:44 B wrote in his book how gov's doing with the eco, and he thinks that the eco goes the way it is and that a new gov intervention can help adjust the inequality.

Obstacle
6:07 The conventional view of China (that wealth comes be4 freedom) VS the new view (freedom comes 1st). The debate centers on these 2 categories: now chinese ppl're becoming richer, and what the gov has done to bring more freedom (the e.g. of Hukou system, more rural migrants can now achieve more benefits).
