2月考试，到现在没有收到成绩[求助]

我2月底考了GMAT，到现在没有收到成绩，尽管考得不是很理想，总想看一成绩，跟ETS联系了多次，给了我下面的答复，好象要我寄钱，但我觉得不应该给钱，请帮忙看怎么办。

Based on this e-mail, ETS has already sent your score report to you. If you want them to send another one, you need pay $25.
