这个链接的Author提了两个问题。
一：1. I fancy buying Buckingham palace, the tower of Big Ben and the London eye.
       2. I fancy buying Buckingham palace, the tower of Big Ben, and the London eye.
The author thought that #1 should be correct,but the manhattan staff thought that #2 would be preferred.
I agree with that staff.

二：3. I will play guitar and my brother will sing.
       4. I will play guitar, and my brother will sing.
The author thought that #4 should be correct,but the manhattan staff thought that #3 would be preferred.
However, I agree with the author.

“(3)句子之间如果要用and连接，那么每个分句必须都有自己的主谓，而且每个分句都要用and连接，这个和单词词组不一样。
比如：sentence1(主+谓), and sentence2(主+谓), and sentence3(主+谓)
注：当然如果用分号或者句号连接每个句子更常见”

#4难道没有独立的主+谓吗？
manhattan第5版，SC第57页：”However,if you join 2 clause with and,you can put an optimal comma before the and.Doing so is especially recommended when the clauses are long,independent,or both." SC第58页，举了一个例子：”X,and Y: I really like candy apples,and I eat them often.“

那个。。不好意思我前面打错了，再你回复我之前已经改了，或许你没看到，我觉得第二组是4是对的，但仅供参考哈~

我先回答你第二组；其实这两个句子都对。但是#3更好。
注意M官方说的是 #3 would be preferred，为什么这么说呢？ 因为这个句子很短，也没有修饰成份，所以不用“，and"
千万不要把这两个认为必有一错，它不是run on
