关于B选项，OG的解释有这么一段“ And are indicates that are follows a previous verb, but in fact the sentence has not yet provided a first main verb for the subject Neuroscientists; the sentence is therefore incomplete”  这个解释是说只要前面的句子有能和and后面的are对应的谓语就可以了？可是根据manhattan，这不就成了run on句子了吗？

好长时间没有上过gmat了，你没有弄明白什么叫run-on

你想一下run-on的定义是什么?

当我们把两个小句子组合起来的时候我们有两种方法；
1.（句子1），and （句子2）
2. （句子1）and (句子2)
以上两种是正确的用法，但是还有第三种
3. （句子1），（句子2）这时就是run-on
run-on通俗的叫法就是逗号句---直接用逗号连接句子，明白了run-on的定义你就不会有这个疑问了。

这句话不是已经回答了吗

And are indicates that are follows a previous verb, and are……就是（do C……)
follows a previous verb （previous verb 就是do (B)

所以这句话的意思是；根据and do C，前边应该是do B, 所以它已经回答了你的问题

我知道它回答了我的问题，就是对这个解释有疑问。因为以前只看到的comma+and的两种用法：A，B，and C；  clause，and clause
