I suggest using online or phone services, because I was told by ETS that these two methods are faster than fax. I strongly suggest calling ETS in case of any query or confusion. In my personal experience, their customer service representatives that I talked to are helpful. For example, I called them and was confirmed that my score was sent one day after my request. Another example about TOEFL: I used phone method, but made some mistake in pressing the number to input the institution code. Having no idea about whether the transaction is finished or not, I immediately called ETS and was told that two of my four schools have been input correctly. But they allow me to tell them the other two schools and my credit card number, so that the score can reach all the four schools in four days. Good luck! |
