上面是正确答案，没什么大问题，就是想为什么划线用了 in which 而划线后已经有了in?

phenomenon不能changes，所以要用in which，但是也不能用where，因为where只能用于具体地点

后面的in 是地点状语的啊后面整个从句是发生在 In phenomenon 的啊

我认为，in the ocean and atmosphere 是修饰changes的, 而且前面的in 是说明这些变化什么..... 在这个phenomenon里。

后面的in：water that has accumulated in the western Pacific，指的是那些聚集在太平洋里的水，in修饰的是水的位置；而in which前面的in，是修饰的phenomenon，in the phenomenon, changes blablabla 那些聚集在太平洋里的水啊什么的各种变化混合起来什么的一整句话都是在这个phenomenon里的，两个in不一样。。而且没有人说过which 前面有in后面就不能有in了。。

我想问的是，A选项的... changes in the ocean and atmosphere combine allowing the warm water that ... 这个allowing有错吗？它是做定语修饰名词？还是说它是跟combine连在一起的，但是没有combine doing这个用法，所以要改为combine to allow？
