这里特此分享两人的面试经验

Profile 1: IE International MBA + Fellowship award
国籍 - 中国
本科 - 中国矿业大学
硕士 - ENSAM of Paris
工作 - Bosch  Supply Chain Manager 4 years
         Auchan Senior Business Process Manager 2.5 years

Interview - 11th Apr，Peking，Mr. Joel McConnell, face to face
1. Q&A about IE and IMBA program
2. Go through your CV?
3. are entrepreueurs more endurable and persistant in China?
4. what did you learn from your failure?
5. what are 3 key differences between shanghai and Beijing?
6. name 3 important acqusitions (chinese company which bought european firm)
7. how do you look at the Taiwan problem? (test if you are open-mind)


Profile 2: IE International MBA + scholarship in application
国籍 - 澳大利亚
本科 - Australian National University
硕士 - 人民大学
工作 - sales and marketing exp 5 yrs

Interview - 3rd Jun，Peking，Ms. Dana Loughran, Skype
1. Pls introduce yourself
2. Go through your CV   
3. Why you want to work in NGO while other jobs provide better salary?   
4. you have rich management experience and overseas exposure, please share your insights?
5. what's the difficulties you faced when you led a team? how you solved them?   
6. pls sell IE business school to me by making an 1 minute presentation
7. you want to be a team leader or team follower?  
8. how many wheels are there in your nearest airport?   
9. Which animal presents you the best?

多少人申请MBA项目不知道，但目前发出7个左右OFFER。

IE 其他MASTER 项目的中国人很火爆，但具体数字不知道。
