我建议，如果题目两个选项有比较明显的偏向（一个好一个坏），那就用让步最好。开头你可以先不点明，说，‘However, whether to ...... depends on diverse situations.’ 然后就参照让步写法。  大作文还是是需要有明确的观点的。 这一篇用让步写是合适的。
